My complaint is regarding the bill which i have received last month which is totally incorrect
Let me put some points here
March 2020 to aug 2020 my house was totally closed as we were in another city due to lockdown, power consumption was zero still i have received bill for 43 units for 6 months which i have paid too (43x6 = 258 units)
As we got back to our town sangamner in month of sept. We came to know meter has been damaged so i have placed request in local mseb office to change meter, i paid necessary charges and got new meter, local mseb person came and fixed meter in his choice of place. Though i got new meter installed i was getting average bill. I have raised multiple complaints for the same still no answer from local office. Since meter was changed i have paid total 329 units (43x3 + 50x4) now suddenly i got bill of 0 to 725 units which was calculated since new meter was installed.
As i have paid 258 units for zero consumption and then paid 329 units with new meter. Taking this in consideration my bill must be revised as i am at no fault anywhere and i have always paid all bills on time. I have raised multiple complaints online as well as local office but no one is entertaining complaints at all.
Also, i would like the person who takes meter reading is extremely arrogant and not taking meter reading giving excuse that as per mseb rulebook we can't take the meter reading which is at 6 ft height, but that meter is installed on that height by mseb person only not me. How they both can have different rules though working in same office.
I want this to be sorted urgent basis so that i can pay my bill asap.
