In spite of multiple followups with MSEB Chakan subdivision(4700) my residential single phase electricity bill is getting charged as per 3 phase meter connection.
My electricity meter is single phase then why MSEB is charging me for 3 phase connection??
I am paying this additional 3 phase charges from many years, I have logged online complaint in Jan-2019 but no resolution yet. (Complaint no.[protected],[protected],[protected]
Also, MSEB engineer have accepted and signed my written complaint twice in June and July 2019 and asked his subordinates to make changes in billing but his subordinates have not done anything yet and my latest electricity bill for Oct-2019 is also charged as per 3 phase connection.
I am attaching the signed copy of written complainant by MSEB here.
Please take immediate action on my complaint and make changes in your billing software and charge my electricity bill as per my single phase meter connection.
Also, refund my incorrectly charged bill amount so far to me back which I have paid to MSEB.
