Mahadiscom / Mseb / Msedcl — MSEB electricity bill

Address: 23A, sanket apartment Flat no-1, parvati gaon pune-411009

In February month, light bill was 210rs then in March lockdown started so no one came for taking meter reading, so light bill came 600. same for April cases no one came for taking meter reading so bill came directly 950rs without any extra usage and now in may month light bill directly came 1170 while no extra appliances are added not any extra usage.
Can you please let me know why light bill is raising so high without that much usage?
