I am constantly reporting about the high bill. I have raised a complaint from June, 2015 but haven't even received a feedback. Till date, they are saying that we haven't received any feedback from the sub-division. its already been 5 months . how many more years they want to reply ? I wrote a mail to the SDO, but he is also super busy to reply. Then they started sending more high rate bills and whenever I ask the customer care for the details of the charges, they say that they dont have any idea about it, please go and contact the sub-division. What are you guys being paid for then if you dont even know the basic idea of how the billing charges apply? I always get a very fluctuated bill like 2000 in month then 6000 in the other, 7000 in the other month, then again 4000 in the following month. Very depressing conditionof how the government employees work? They should atleast work for their own respect if they cannot work for the company's respect. Please check the meter. i have a strong feeling that my meter is not working properly.
