Mahadiscom / MSEB / MSEDCL — tariff change request

Address: Mahadik Mala, Kherade Vita, Kadegaon, 415311

I have raised toomuch complaints online as wellas offline to mseb to change the current tarriff plan cause we are using commercial plan in residential purpose.
Always they told me theirs no way to change plan excepting the meter change so i requested to change meter. I'm ready to pay deposite but still they are not doing the same.
I have attached screenshot of my complaint as well as request made earlier on mseb portal.

Hope you understand the same and help me out.
