This is to register a complaint against mahalaxmi travels with whom i had purchased online two night bus tickets from delhi to jaipur yesterday that was supposed to depart on 11:45 pm.
I along with my friend reached the dholakawa petrol pump from where we asked to board the bus but the bus didn't arrive at all. We made several inquiries, the bus operator asked to wait there and consoled us that the bus on its way. Despite repeated inquiries, we were told the same thing again and again.
When we inquired again at 1:15 am, the bus operator angrily told us that the bus left without picking us up. We didn't receive any call from the bus operator, nor did they respond us well when we made inquiries. The only thing they told us was that the bus was on its way for hours and suddenly told us that the bus left us even though we had been there all the time.
This was a clear case of fraud. It's been a month and i haven't received my money back.
I urge people to avoid mahalaxmi travels. I think they are ripping off people through makemytrips.com and since this incident, i have my doubts on the ethical standards of makemytrips.com as well.
