Our landline is nor woking for several months. I have placed a complain on the toll free no and also on the online portal but all I get is a docket no 1500
I have written an emaiil to several email id's but still no response from Zone no 5.
However in all this I continue to receive all the bills on time.
I request your urgent help in this regards
