Mahanagar Telephone Nigam [MTNL] — Request for Removal of Abandoned MTNL Tower from Residential Premises site no. 706, Shalimar Bagh

Dear Sir/Madam,

I am writing to bring to your attention a pressing issue regarding the removal of a MTNL tower installed on top of my residential premises, BA-15 Shalimar Bagh(west) Delhi -110088. Despite the fact that the connection has been cut and the site has been cancelled by your company, the tower remains intact, causing inconvenience and health concerns to the residents of the surrounding area.

As per our records, the site was booked by the Municipal Corporation of Delhi (MCD) for the installation of an electricity meter. However, due to the presence of the abandoned MTNL tower, we are unable to proceed with the application process. The MCD has informed us that the site is still occupied by your company's infrastructure, and therefore, they cannot process our application.

Furthermore, the presence of the tower is causing health concerns to the residents of the surrounding area. The electromagnetic radiation emitted by the tower is a potential health hazard, and we are worried about the long-term effects on our well-being.

In light of the above, I request you to take immediate action to remove the abandoned MTNL tower from our residential premises. We urge you to send a team to dismantle and remove the tower at the earliest, so that we can proceed with the application for an electricity meter and alleviate the health concerns of the residents.

I would appreciate it if you could provide me with a timeline for the removal of the tower and any additional information that you may require from me to facilitate the process.
