Dear Sir/Madam,
I am the resident of B1 ALPS Charms Height Manda-Titwala, East. The management committee is violating the society model bye-laws by taking unfair maintenance amount from the flat owners and imposing penalty on the service charge. Earlier, I have asked clarification on service charges, but the Management Committee has not responded.
