The bank has confirmed that amount has been successfully transferred to MNGL account on 12 Feb 2022
The amount of Rs 6550 is settled by MNGL from HSBC bank on 14 Feb 2022
The amount was deducted from the bank account also bank confirmed that the amount has been successful transferred & settled by MNGL but after nearly a month I am still not received the payment receipt / confirmation not received from MNGL
The following till now I have shared with the MNGL Customer care till now
1) The successfull bank transfer of 6550 amount receipt from Bank
2) Bank Statement of 8 days (from the date of transfer)
3) Confirmation of the Bank that amount of 6550 has been settled by MNGL
after nearly a month I am still not received the payment receipt / confirmation not received from MNGL
Pl resolve it urgently and I want to escalate it..
