Maharashtra Natural Gas [MNGL] — Re-charged for Gas Units

Billing is incorrect As mentioned below and attached bills

May-2020 bill payment is done. As mentioned billing is done till unit 36.

As mentioned above billing is done upto 36 units in the month of May-2020

Now in the bill of July-2020 bill is generated as attached and mention below, where from 25 units to 32 units are again charged.

As you can see above 7 Units are again charged in July-2020 however my meter reading is 34 which is less than the paid unit ( 36 units ) of May-2020.

This should be rectify ASAP. The customer care MNGL is not replying on email was sent on 14th July, Reminer on (18th, 20th, 22nd July also)

Please help for correction
