We have taken the MNGL supply of domestic gas for residential purposes ( BP Number[protected] and have been paying our bills regularly and in time . But, MNGL has been charging Rs. 100.00 as late fee in every bill and are not providing any explanation when it is taken up or explanations which are not convincing anf lack clarity and details ( Mails and Bills Attached )..
Also, there are arrears being charged on many of the bills even though there hasn't been any and again, when it is taken up through mail and phone, they don't provide any justification and respond that it is being looked into . We are being forced to pay the late fee and the arrears continuously . ( Bills and Mails Attached ).
There has been an installation amount of Rs. 6000.00 taken, to be paid as Rs. 500 per month . This amount is not reflected on the bill and only when we try and pay online, it gets added . It is an anomaly and should get corrected .
My last bill for Rs. 1927.00 ( 1427+500) was paid online, on the 28th of September, 2020 but we didn't receive any acknowledgement either through SMS or through mail . My bank account has been debited . We have been calling the Customer Care 25-30 times everyday but noone picks up and only a voice message plays . Also, at least, 7-8 mails have been written asking for a confirmation but noone responds to the mail, as well. This is extreme harrassment and can't be justified . We request this to be taken up with the Management of MNGL and corrective steps to be taken . The proof are attached, herewith . ( Proof Attached ).
