Dear sir,
We got light bill on 29/08/2017 of 800 rs. But we are already filled up july 2017 month light bill. But we got 465 rs. + 342 rs.=800 rs. Bill got on today 29/08/2017.
We want exemtion in bill and gives punishment to the responsible mseb person who gives us double bill. We are attached the bill filled receipt of july 2017 and aughest 2017 total bill
