Myself, Jogendra Rai, having electricity consumer number[protected].
It has been observed that the bill amount is continuously increasing from last 3 months after changing previous faulty meter. I had already paid Rs.1500/- before 3 months for meter changing and again the bill is coming very high ( Rs.3500/- ). When I had enquire about this to Nallasopara ( E ) MSED office, Mr. Sayyad ( engineer ) had told me to change meter again. It means your new meter don't have any guarantee. Why should I pay again for the meter.
This is MSED responsibility to provide proper equipements to there consumers.
I request you to take some necessary action and reduce the bill accordingly otherwise I will go to consumer court and also file complaint in RTI act.
