On 27th November 2015 at 1330 HRS I Nilesh Suryawanshi bought a ticket for Pune Station for which I gave the conductor at the ticket counter a Rs500 note. The tickets cost was Rs230, so i was supposed to get back Rs270 in return but I just recived Rs70 as change. When I asked for the remaining change he said that I gave him just Rs300. That person was so reluctunt to do his job that he wasn't even paying attention to how much money is he receiving. I persuaded him to give me my money back but it was of no use eventually. That conductor did the tally of the money and said that it matched but it wasnt show to me even when I asked him to. Finally I asked him his name but he did not tell me that. Well so i decided to write this complaint. I think there are two reasons why this incident rook place. First him not doing his job properly or second he just wanted the Rs200, which I think he might be doing for a very long time, hence, his ability to pull it off. Was this information helpful? |
