Maharshi Dayanand University Rohtak — not received yet the degree of ba programme and second year marksheet

I Kusum student id number [protected], Registration number 15D2507570, have not received yet the marksheet of second year ( roll number -161492, passed in May 2017 ) . I also have not received the degree of BA programme till now ( March 2019) while passed the programme in May 2018. I want to get more high education. Please do the needful as soon as possible.
