Mahatma Gandhi University, Meghalaya — delay in degree

Respected sir

I have applied for provisional degree certificate at mgu through online process and paid rs 5000. My enrolment number is
Mgu/122/sns12073708/281. The number provided is always busy.
I sent email but i havent received any information so far. But yet now, i haven't received my degree on my given address in delhi.

I requested you please send me soon the degree at my home address. I really need it.
