They are selling flats in their Mahaveer Willet Project, which is on a land which was actually held by SC/ST and they have bought it without proper Govt Permission which is against the PTCL Act. I urge everobody to be wary as they are faruds and I have faced a property cancellation charge of Rs.50000 even when their papers were not in order.
