I have made the payment of 3000 at a shop it got stuck and was showing pending on 31st Dec 2021.
Shopkeeper gave a receipt of payment failed and told me to will be refunded back to my account but after 48 hrs. it is showing in successful state and shopkeeper is refusing of getting any payment.
