Transaction while i appreciate the services offered while availing car loan under hpa - 2513443, i deeply regret to bring to your attention the nightmare & agony faced in approaching for another vehicle loan on[protected]. The details are as under:
1) the loan component was rs 4, 97, 380
2) vehicle – chevrolet beat.
3) the necessary papers were submitted by me on - time.
4) the agreement was also executed and duly signed by me.
5) initial payment (1st installment & documentation fees) – around rs. 15000 / - was paid in cash.
6) the above payment was made at saibaba colony, coimbatore branch.
7) the necessary papers for ecs was also given to my account with axis bank, branch, savings account.
8) account holders name : b sandhya, account number : [protected]
Till date, even after repeated follow - ups i am yet to get a reply from the branch manager mr sathish kumar nor by marketing representative mr mayilswamy on the status of my vehicle loan. Their attitude towards customers is really intolerable and in - courteous.
We stand blank as to why our loan has not been sanctioned till date.
I am not informed as to why my loan papers were not sanctioned inspite of my prompt payments under vehicle loan – 2513443. Principle – rs. 2, 30, 205. 00, interest – rs. 51, 270. 00 out of rs 3, 06, 940 and rs 68, 360. 00
To add to irony the advance amount paid by me has not been refunded. Please let me know why i must not approach “consumer court” seeking negligence of duties and non - refund of amount paid.
The cheque, documents & advance given by me also yet to be returned.
I expect some responsible person to take - up this issue else i will proceed with court notice and consumer court with my genuine grievance.
