Myself kapil tirthwani had purchased a water heater from mahesh agencies ajmer.
The water heater had a manufacturing defect which i got replaced from the agency.
The same day the water heater was leaking from the same place.
When i complained the agency the owner of the agency started talking rudely and badly and close the phone.
Then i registered the complain with the hi tech service centre. The technician came and did not do anything and said that tell the plumber to repair it.
After 10 days with that full water heater tank started leaking. After which the customer care got it replaced.
Again after replacement the water heater is still leaking
When i complained about this to the service centre they started talking badly to the plumber and not listening and saying they dont have time to serve us
The head of the hi tech services is also not listening
Kindly help me in this condition
