Dear All,
This is to bring to your notice that I had bought Mahindra Bolero Neo - Red from Deem Mahindra, (Trob Auto India (P) Ltd) Near Atul Kataria Chowk; Opposite Airforce Station ; Old Delhi ; Gurgaon Road, Haryana on 26th March 2022 @ 3:09 pm the details are as follows
Engine no : XJN6B16299
Chassis No : MANA2XJXN6B97232
Complaint No : CF[protected] (Dated 29th March 2022)
It has been just three days only and today @ 8:00 pm when we wanted to crank the engine, it just refused to crank in.
So basically it didnt start. Now I fail to believe that a car which is just 3 days old is being faced such an issue. God unwilling if we had gone to a place where there are no networks, no helpline, no assistance, how would we have managed then ??
All these years of my driving experience have never driven a Made in India product and this is the first time I bought and I regret the same. Worst product management
Worse is that the RSA helpline number kept on saying that there will be assistance to tow the vehicle every half an hour which never happened & worst they closed the complaint stating that the problem has been resolved.
Extremely unprofessional & bad service network.
So I demand a thorough investigation, change of parts/ battery or whatever is required on an immediate basis lest I take this up in a different forum which will be detrimental to the image of the Brand Mahindra OR GIVE ME BACK MY MONIES IMMEDIATELY.
So, within the next 12 hours I want a resolution so erase the above complaint and yes this is a threat so dont take it lying down.Or it will be splattered in all Social Media platforms
