In previous conversations I have mentioned about the vehicle status completely and I think there is no need to mention again and again same thing but kindly have a look on the following issues:
A) Firstly, as you said Vehicle has not visited for service at the service center. I would like to mention that when it was under warranty your representatives had never bothered about its service and repairing. They used to say If it has to be repair on the same day (when I went there) then would have to pay money otherwise come on other day for repairing when it was under warranty...It shows no meaning of warranty/free services after purchasing.
In 2014, , Mr Ajay Saini works manager were there (Karnal P.P.AUTOMOTIVE) and they just fixed the problem in temporary mode only without writing any complaint...Its P.PLEASE.AUTOMOTIVE Fault.
PP Auto motive has issued the Invoice after 30-40 days when I bought the vehicle and I got registration when I paid fine and this is because of the delay by them only. Then after 30 days ((very short period if we compare with second hand bicycle) there was a problem in hand break. I met WORKS MANAGER Mr Vijay at P.P.AUTOMOTIVE l and he has not registered the complaint he talk to me i[censored] want solve ur problm now by paid mode of cash payment.
i[censored] want solve ur problm in under warranty u come after 4th 5 days, and they have not mentioned the complaint and not kept as a record...Its shortcomings or fault from your(P.P.AUTOMOTIVE) site only. Actually they do not want to solve the problem and it looks like I m begging them.
B) I went to service center many times but they have not mentioned the problem regarding the vehicle after complaining because they used to say verbally not in written...So in that case what is my fault. In 2016, When I went there in the presence of Mr Ashwani Garg and Mr Anil Narang, the vehicle was not checked completely.
C) Thirdly, since couple of months I tried my best to make you understand about this issue for which only your Company is responsible, but
you people just stick on one thing only. You are not solving this issue.
D) If your vehicle material that has been used in my Bolero is of good quality then Why are you not sending it for lab testing??
E) I need to communicate to your MD, Mr Anand Mahindra ji , but you people are not bothering and as MD, It is their responsibility to
solve this issue that already has been ate my valuable couple of months.
F) I need to replace my vehicle without any cost because I have paid sufficient amount for it and It would be done by you only.
Your good-self is requested please change this vehicle and let me know the aforementioned facts with details why you do not want to
replace this vehicle despite you only are responsible for it.
It is showing clearly its not not one day work, you people harassing me since I bought the vehicle and I think you people understand my silence as my weakness.
