Mahindra And Mahindra — Complaint about the DEF dosing malfunction error in my new Thar 2020

I've been driving my thar for 5 months now and the only issue I faced several times was the DEF dosing malfunction.whenever this issue was coming I used to go to the company and they used to keep my thar there for 24 hours to fix the issue.For 2-3 times I went there to fix this issue.Please tell what should I do because this thing is creating a lot problems and I guess this malfunction will never never go away and I need to go everytime to fix this.please just look into my problem

hii i have recently done 30k service of my xuv500 2020 model and had filld def all service has been done but today after at 31500k it suddenly show def dosing malfuction what it means i dont understand can any one say what it exact means

I bought my mahindra thar two months back. Did my first free service at 1000 km. at 1800 km it started showing DEF dosing error. Service centre guys are figuring out the problem for last 24 hours. also there are two more THARs with the same defect

I appreciate that Mahindra immediately took note of my complaint. Within 30 minutes i received a call from GM repairs from my service centre. The diagnosis was undertaken post working hours and i was promptly informed about the defect which was a defective relay.

Mahindra has promised to get the defect rectified and to hand over my vehicle ASAP.

Good Job Mahindra. I have been a mahindra customer for the last 11 years. Own a 2012 scorpio VLX and now a THAR. My reply may please be conveyed to the GM Repairs for his prompt action.
