Mahindra And Mahindra — Def dosing malfunctioning in my mahindra jeeto plus diesel just 1 month old

I've been driving my jeeto plus diesel for 1 months 2100km now and the only issue I faced was the DEF dosing malfunction.whenever this issue was coming .Please tell what should I do because this thing is creating a lot problem, I need to go everytime to fix this.please just look into my problem
