Dear sir/madam,
My name is abdul latheef, resident of konandur, shimoga, karnataka. I have been mahindra customer for last 20 years (Owned nearly 6 vehicles). My recent vehicle mahindra jeeto (16 months old, run 17k kms) ka 14 5481 is giving lot of trouble. I have never experienced such problems in any of my previous vehicles of your company. It has already been towed 4 times to the authorized showroom mahant motors shimoga (75 kms each time). This is the 5th time it has broken down and towed to the showroom. The vehicle does not start and the showroom people are suspecting engine issue and are saying the engine has to be opened to find out the problem. They are asking for a deposit of 10000 to open the engine and wouldn't proceed if deposit is not done. I never expected this in a mahindra vehicle that too pretty new one which has run only 17k kms. This vehicle has disappointed me a great deal. I request you to kindly look into this matter at the earliest and consider it as a top priority one as this vehicle is used as a milk van and is affecting my business to a large extent. Looking forward to hear from you.

The same problem is here with mahindra jeeto 16x, dealer is asking 50% of the repairing charges, .

the ingine seased between 20000kms... I towed and paid money for repairing again after 25000kms engine is been opened for piston and crank shaft replacement at BALAJI MOTORS JAGDALPUR and they are asking again 50% of the repaing charges..

My name is Abhijeet Sonawane from Pune, according to me this vehicle jeeto is fail model of Mahindra.i have purchased this vehicle 3 years before, and in first 15 months engine was seized, engine was eating oil and in warranty they changed engine. But now again this new engine is eating oil and my vehicle was almost seized again but vehicle is in moving condition and workshop wala says that it is seized and need to be changed and 40 k will be charges.
What should I do now???
