with reference to the above I have purchased the MAHINDRA XUV300AMT
on 24/07/2020 and I have given vehicle for periodic service on 2nd of this month. On the very next day I found the Transmission Malfunction indication on the screen where I could not able to move the vehicle and called your helpline and the vehicle was shifted to Anant Cars Bannerghatta Road Service Centre on the same day.
One Mr. Anand was in interaction with me and he was claiming there was some water mix found in the Gear Fluid and once it is replaced it will be alright. But till to day it was not rectified and today he is telling that total Gear Box is to be replaced. He is claiming that there was a rat bite so warranty is not applicable. I regret to say that what type of Quality measures you have taken in the manufacture. It's not even one year old, even if it is replaced what is the protection I have to avoid this type of damages happened to the vehicle. Please look in to the above issue and solve it soon, otherwise I will go the consumer forum for sure.
