I'm Manish Handa, resident of city Hoshiarpur. Yesterday I had appointment of the service of my Vehicle, Mahindra Thar. While the service was going on, one of the persons doing service broke the Android which was installed inside the vehicle. It was a big loss for me and my Vehicle also, the stress and disappointment I've suffered due to it is immeasurable. When I asked to replace the Android screen, at first, in order to take the money, the manager agreed to get it replaced with a new one, but when I paid the whole amount, they started showing their tantrums and asked me to wait until next day. They were even offering me 3, 000 as a compensation for the loss of 14, 000. When I got there today as per their promise to replace the Android system, they refused to do it. This is the act of shame and disappointment in the name of company. Such disgraceful act can never be expected from such a huge name.
