Dear staff I am a proud owner of XUV 500 regd no HR26CX6198. Ihave been using the vehicle for over 6 years now and have faced this issue for the first time.
I am an army officer with very limited time to devote to the repair and maintenance of the veh primarily because of the trust in the brand and the service that i have been receiving since the purchase.
In july 2021 my vehicle was damaged in a minor accident and it was forwarded to RAGA MOTORS JALANDHAR for repair. The agency took more time than what was quoted for the repair and the interiors which were undamaged were replaced at the time of the delivery of the car.
The car was picked up by the agency and dropped off after the repair work was complete. Upon checking the veh infront of the driver who had come to deliver the vehicle it was found out that the bezels of then AC control were replaced with damaged ones as well as the hand brake lever was also in 3 pieces. The same was shown to then delivering driver.
RAGA MOTORS promised to get the items replaced with the original ones however they could not replace the bezels and the hand brake was taken out from some other customer's car and replaced with mine. The hand brake lever replaced was also damaged and of a different color.
The GM Mr Anil Sharma requested for sometime but there has been no response. As a last resort i am writing to you hoping that this mal practice which is common in local garages will be addressed and my complaints be resolved.
