We own a mahindra maximo van registration number mp39 p 208 which is standing at your mahindra dealers workshop from last 10 days, your dealer has not given any job card for same and upto now your company trained engineers and mechanics are unable to find out the problem in your company's pride vehicle maximo.
And also we are calling your call centre for assisting us on this issue for last 7 days, but you have appoined duffers there, who have not reverted once till the day. (The complaint number given to us was 448)
I personally called on the number of gm at rishab motors mrs archana on [protected] but after once recieving the phone on 14 th july she is not recieving the phone calls. This is the condition of services at your dealership.
And again your maximo van its a wonderful van, your persons at dealership are telling it is a failed vehicle of the company, and they are ready to buy it back at rs 30000/- in any condition, it the vehicle is a faluire why company is not changing the engine of all the vehicle in the market. We have paid a lot on the vehicle and all of you earned (Company, dealer, government) only we customer are suffering the loss. Was this information helpful? |
