On April 14th, I took my Quanto vehicle for general check up as i have planned to trave to Bangalore along with my family.In CAI service centre in Coimbatore, which I regularly do service have scanned the vehicle and replaced 2 ABS censors along with Radiator to engine hoze and light and charged me around Rs.5707/- in which I got confident that my vehicle is 100% through to take to Bangalore.Next day early morning along with my family drove towards Bangalore in which found nearing Salem that there were some issue happening in Shifting of gears.As soon as I reached Salem, stopped the vehicle and called M & M onroad service in which they arrived within 45 Mins and took us to the nearby SKS Service centre in which they analysed that Clutch has got damaged and need to replace.I informed them to replace and it took 5 hours to get my vehicle delivered in which the SKS people took utmost care of myself & my family in which Iam very obliged on their service and they charged me around Rs.13, 350/-.In this lieu, I have spent around Rs.19, 057.62 in 2 days and it was a great mishap done by Coimbatore CAI Industries that they could have analysed the problem in which I upfront said that Iam taking my vehicle to Bangalore.It happened a mind stress along with wastage of time & money in which I need a complete refund of the same in which fail will put up in consumer court along with my mental agony settlements.Hope my message is clear and I need a solid reply in this regard Was this information helpful? |
