I have a Mahindra Quanto which has clocked 1.2 Lakh km.
1. The service is due at 1.2 Lakh.
2. There was a problem in oil tank pipe which was observed during 1.1 Lakh service by the service centre. Instead of changing the part, they put M-Seal and blocked the leakage. Now, the old engine oil cannot be removed. Being an authorised service centre, how can they do this?
3. They assured me that they will order for new pipe and they inform me.
4. I totally forgot about this and the vehicle clocked another 10000 km.
5. Now, the oil needs to be changed.
6. On April 22nd, I called the service advisor and informed him about the issue of engine oil. He told me to bring the vehicle. I sent the vehicle. He told me immediately he will order for the item and he will told us to come after 4 days.
7. On 2nd May we took the vehicle and the spare had not come. The service advisor Mr. Sreenivas told me that already Invoice has been raised. So, the product will reach within 3 days.
8. Now, Mr. Sreenivas is not receiving my call.
It has been 20 days. I have planned for a family trip next week. I don't know how to go now.
9 . I have a FIAT Punto and Maruthi OMNI. I never faced these kind of irresponsibility from these companies.
10. I feel, Mahindra vechicles are good. But, their service is the worst. I have decided not go for Mahindra Vehicles in future.

I have given done 1st servicing of nuvo sports in the month of April but the servicing quality was not good and staff response also not good...
