Complaint marked as Resolved This is to bring to your notice that my problem has been resolved! although the service center took a cheque from me for the balance amount, without which they refused to release the vehicle they did not cash the same and returned the cheque to me this afternoon.
Thank you for your quick response although it would have been a lot more reassuring had someone from Mahindra & Mahindra taken the trouble to connect with me besides sending me the mail copy pasted below.
