Mahindra Finance — about no dues certificate

Dear sir /madam
i rakesh pratap singh r/o pitamberganj hardoi
i have financed a car from mahindra finance
i have paid all loan amount and other dues in may.
Now mahindra finance co branch hardoi is not
issuing my no dues certificate. It has become a long periodof two month. I am getting problem for another loan
but they are still not serious about it

please help to resolve this matter
