Mahindra Finance — Bouncing of cheque deposited by mistake

Please refer to ecs for ag # 4625059 in link with my monthly installments of mahindra pickup as per our agreement my monthly payment is rs 6000 and the latest installment was paid at your office in cash receipt attached. But your team already presented my cheque for this period and the cheque got bounced with a bank charges of 287 rs. For your mistake i am suffering and my bank account got a black mark also, how are you going to compensate for this, i will not pay anything for this installment again and you are reminded to notify the bank as the cheque inadvertently presented. Moreover, the bank charges involved for this is also to be bound by you. Please instruct your office team to note repeat this sort of problems which create a lot of repercussions for the client. If you're not solving the issue i will be forced to approach the consumer court.
