Mahindra Finance — car key not handover till date. car number is wb26s2577

Dear sir/madam,
Till date i am not received my car key. Several time visit barasat branch for my car key. They are harassing me that they are saying shree automotive khilkapur not given them car key. My car is mahindra bolero. Car number is wb26s2577. It was finance from mahindra finance and total dues was paid. Mahindra finance already given clearance letter also.
Kindly help me this matter. If any day my car can be theft. Please help me this matter and solv my problem as urgent basis.
