Mahindra Finance — car loan clearance letter

Dear sir&madam, in 23/05/2015 mahindira finance alloted me a loan sum of rs 176400 my agreement number 3692764 and i have pre-closed the loan and paid dd in east maredpally branch on 09/11/2017 pls provide me the noc as soon as possibel its very urgent too sell my vehicle.. The branch staff's are saying that, it will take one month to come? Pls forward me the noc with in 2 to 3 days that's my humble request to you sir&madam thanking you
