Mahindra Finance — Damaged my cibil score

I bought a mahindra kuv100 on 1st february from m/s r d automobiles, a dealer of mahindra & mahindra automobile manufacturer, through mahindra finance and after 15 days of purchase the vehicle started generating violent noise under its hood & there were other issues too. so i went to the dealer to get it fixed but the dealer couldn't fix it even after i showed up four times for the same problem. their response was not at all good. and i got entangled in this so much that i missed the installment payment by around 10 days. but as soon as i came out of this problem, i made it my first preference to clear the lapsed installment amount. but the local insurance agent who financed me the vehicle, failed to collect the emi from my account and as such it led to damage of my cibil.
It is quite apparent here that mahindra & mahindra and its subsidiaries had put me through such a situation which damaged my cibil score. so i want mahindra finance to repair my cibil score as soon as possible as no dues are pending on my part.
