My self thasleem, I have omni vehicle in my father name (ilyas Ka 21 N 6511) hypothicated with your finance, i want to forclosure my loan i talk with puthur banch incharge he charged more around Rs7000 and he is not given justification also, even last time my cousine also faced same thing from your side so please take a immediate action for that and revert to me, I, m looking satiesfied response,

Your company employee not ready to collect the emi in customer place
At the time of business source giving a mis communication, there is collection issues.so we already inform we are not responsible for delay paying charges,
So please provide your norms of Loan agreement...
