Mahindra Finance — loan closure documents

I am here to put a complaint against that I have taken a car loan on July 2013 and closed it on proper time without any delay in payment. After that when I went to your branch office located in jammu for NOC collection and security cheques, the person in your accounts section give me the NOC but not giving me all the security cheques. There is one cheque missing and when I asked him for that, he starts misbehaving with me and try to hit me. After that I went to your branch manager namely Mr Naved khan. He tells me that nothing is in his hands and suggests me to complain through e mail. My vehicle number is JK02BD 9596.Through this number you can track my loan account. Kindly solve this and give me my missed cheque otherwise I have to go through court for this.
