Mahindra Finance — loan delay

Respected sir,
Iam E.Nithya venil and I applied for loan under the rural housing scheme, The loan was applied in the name of my mother( M.Vennila). The loan was applied before 1.5 months and they guarenteed that we would get the loan within 10-15 days, we waited paitiently and did all the procesures as directed by the officials at your branch office coimbatore, even MOD was put and at the final stage, they told that there will be further more delay and asked us to cancel the loan procedure.At this crictical stage what could we do sir, even if they had told it before, we would have arranged money somewhere else, we are very disappointed with your service, we have also spent RS.15000 for the loan process which i think is a complete waste very hurting it is sir/ madam
