Mahindra Finance — Loan penalty notice

I have purchased a maruti eeco DL 1 RT 1496 on the name of Ata husain
car through your finance. You provide 290000 rupees as loan and I agree to pay 10434 per month instalment.but in the middle of time I have unable to pay your instalment due to some circumstances and financial crisis.but after some time I had paid full payment.and eventually I have paid complete instalment.and now after 1 year I receive a penalty notice.and I am completely unable to pay the penalty.plz stop giving me notice otherwise I wil go to the consumer court.
