Mahindra Finance — loan related

I got a call from mahendra finance and their executive was in contact with me from april and they told me that they will provide me loan and in return i have to purchase a policy from bharti axa for premium of rs. 30000 p. A for 12 years and thru that policy mahendra finance will disburse me loan of rs. 3.5 lacs.

The executive was continuous in touch with me and i have purchased the policy according to them and provided them policy details, according to mahendra finance loan will get disbursed after 22 days from the date of policy. I have taken policy on 10th may 2018 and now i am continuously calling to mahendra finance about my loan status they are telling that their is some noc issue arise in ur case and for that u have to purchase same policy once again which will be refundable.

I am very much tensed what to do as i have given my savings to them. Pls suggest.
