Hello,

It has been very disappointing experience at your branch.

1st when i visited on 25th aug, i was told that i have been charged multiple times for ecs bounce, when confronted i was told that charges for ecs bounce in year 2015 (Sep to nov) for 3 months will be reversed as it was branch issue that ecs was not presented but charges for cheque bounce for 2016 (Jan to mar) again 3 months need to be paid as my account did not have sufficient balance.

When i checked by account balance and presented statement to branch where i had sufficient balance throughout the months and did not have any cheque return in my account, i was told in my 2nd visit in last week that charges for 2016 will be reversed but charges for 2015 ecs bounce cannot be reversed.

They did not have any reason for ecs bounce and kept telling me that this is due to insufficient funds, while insisted reason was investigated and told it was due to ecs mandate not received.

I remember in year 2015 at same time, i got a call informing me for the same and i asked branch person (Karan probably) to present cheques they had and sent 3 more cheques since i was in mumbai during that time.

In few months when i visited ahmedabad i contacted by bank branch and got the ecs started.

I was informed then that charges incurred in my account will be reversed and i don't have to pay this since it was a branch error that ecs was not presented.

Request you to please investigate these false information provided to me which resulted to waste of time in coordination and visiting branch multiple times and let me know the compensation i am eligible for.

I have paid all the installments on time even though i have not received noc for my loan till now. Awaiting for a speedy closure on my issue.

Ps - as mentioned in trail email that i was not contactable it is a false information as i received only 1 call on friday 3 weeks back and i attended that call.in case if anyone not responding on mentioned numbers - please drop message on 1st number so i can call back.
