Mahindra Finance — Unfair payment collection from my father

I am deepak kumar ahuja and my contract no.3660152 issue is that, i am paying my instalment not as per terms, but i am paying. Regarding same issue few of your collectoin agents make pressure on my father and took cheque for amount of 127, 450. Cheque detail as above :_ bank, axis bank cheque no 013458 date 30\8\16 by the same day he is under pressure due to fear which gernate by your people and money too. So please let me know why you do like this and on what behalf you take that much money without any request, information, notice or sattelment. What is your motto and ambition my father age is 73 and you people make him fool is that you behaviour with senior citizens and customers
