Mahindra Home Finance — Home loan, delay for issuing 2nd cheque

I have taken home loan from Mahindra Finance, They are pending my file above 2.5 month. And now I am sending home construction photo before 20 days ago but till date I have not received 2nd cheque.

So kindly look into the matter for Every time delay of cheque by company due to their problem.
