I sent my xylo dl4cnb 6299 to sri durga automobiles for regular service and ac checkup on 4th may 2017. I was informed that vehicle will be ready for delivery
On 05th may. There was no information regarding the delivery time so i called up the adviser mr omkar he informed that there is some blockage in ac pipe and they are replacing it will handover on 06th may afternoon. Again there was
No update on 06th may so i called up mr omkar of sridurga he informed me
That there two pipes having blockage one is available with them and another is not they already requested the part to mahindra factory and will be delivered on
Monday and will hand over the car on 9th may surely. There was no update from them on 08th may i tried to contact them but mr omkar was not picking his phone and then i called up mr pankaj the customer care maganer in sri durga rama raod, he said he already left the office will check and update me today. When i called him he did not pickup his phone too. Then again i called up to reception and asked for update.
Then mr pankaj called me and informed that part is still not received and it will take 2 more days.
As i am a business man and mostly in field. I need my vehicle for travelling
Daily. Since last weekend i am using taxi. Who will pay for it. Even they are not bother to inform the status when will i get my vehicle? It is very casual approach. Please help me to sort out this issue on urgent basis and confirm. Was this information helpful? |
