We booked a cab from Mumbai Airport to DLH Enclave Oshiwara this evening at 8.21pm. Your driver Rakesh - Vehicle No.MH43BG7484 - Maruti Suzuki Ertiga. He accepted our booking and later kept on telling that he is on the way, he is coming and finally he said its not possible to come and he was asking us only to cancel the booking.
And I got a message that the cancellation fee has expired and the cancellation fee will be increased based on the time and distance the driver had come to pick up us. But when the driver only has denied our booking, why did he not cancel from his side and asked us to cancel it if we had got another booking. He made us wait in the airport almost 45minutes saying he is on the way and he is coming and finally cancelled the trip.
This is very annoying, as we will be tired travelling and waiting to reach home and drivers cancelling the trip like this after waiting for such a long time is not correct.
We request you to please take care these kinds of issues with your drivers in future atleast.
