I have purchased a policy from maitri suvarnasiddhi pvt. Ltd. from Yavatmal branch state Maharashtra of net value Rs 24, 000/- on 30/12/2013 for a name Mr. Abhijeet V Shinde my customer id G[protected]. i had booked Gold product worth Rs. 31650 & he had given date of delivery of Gold product 30/12/2017. i had paid First installment of Rs 6000 having receipt no.117800/9 on dated 30/12/2013 & second installment of Rs 6000 having receipt no.51901163/127 on dated 30/12/2014 & third installment of Rs 6000 having receipt no.54483965/8 on dated 04/01/2016.there are four (4) installment of 6000 out of which i had paid three of them which is mentioned above .i.e. total amount i had paid is Rs 18000.
