Make My Global Trip — Make myglobaltrip fraud company not refunding my rs. 20000

Updated by Narottam Rangani Make My Global trip is a fraud company. I had booked my package of manali trip for 7 nights and 8 days and was asked to pay 25% of total amount Rs.20000.as advance booking from Rs.80000 pkg amount. I had asked them if that amount is refundable if i cancel my booking they said yes and as a proof i asked them to send me it in mail that all my paid money would be refundable and I have mail it sent it from makemyglobaltrip if i cancel the trip 3 days prior to departure. I cancelled my trip same day when I paid amount and their after he said me on mail or phone we will refund after 45 days and after 45 days they mail me your amount cheque dispatch and after 20 days I can't received post cheque and I called them and now they are not reply to me. Now Pls any one suggest to what to d ?. So I think it is better way to take action against fraud company so many people benefits it!
